Suitable for automotive refinishing, furniture and cabinet finishing, woodworking, machinery touch-up, metal-part coating, primer application, basecoat application and clear-coat work where a 1.3 mm nozzle is appropriate.
Connect the spray gun to a clean, dry and regulated compressed-air supply through the 1/4-inch inlet.
Set the operating pressure to approximately 3 bar and confirm the compressor can maintain the required airflow.
Filter and mix the coating according to the coating supplier's instructions.
Test the fan width, fluid flow and atomization on a sample panel before spraying the workpiece.
Maintain a steady distance and consistent travel speed for an even finish.
After use, empty the 600 cc cup and clean all material passages, nozzle and air cap promptly.
